What happens if a visitor's country doesn't match any Market?

They're sent to whichever Market you've set as the Fallback country.

Not every visitor's country will have a dedicated Shopify Market. For those visitors, Geo Redirects falls back to the Fallback country you've chosen at Geo Redirects > Configuration. If you haven't picked one, we recommend setting it to your store's default/primary Market so unmatched visitors still land somewhere sensible.
