Understanding the homepage metrics in Nabu Redirect Manager

The Four Metrics

  1. Broken 404 Links

The total number of unique broken URLs detected on your store in the last 30 days. Each distinct URL that returns a 404 error is counted once, regardless of how many times it was visited.

  1. Broken 404 Visits

The total number of visits to broken pages in the last 30 days. Unlike Broken 404 Links, this counts every visit — so if the same broken URL is visited 5 times, that counts as 5 visits.

  1. Ignored Links

The number of broken links you have manually marked as Ignored. These are broken URLs that you have chosen not to redirect, perhaps because they are irrelevant or expected to remain broken.

  1. Fixed Links

The number of broken links that have been fixed by creating a redirect in the last 30 days. A link is counted as Fixed once a Shopify redirect has been created for it.

How the Rolling 30-Day Period Works?

All four metrics are calculated on a rolling 30-day window — meaning they always reflect the most recent 30 days of activity, updated continuously.

The percentage trend shown below each metric (e.g. -100%, +100%) compares the current 30-day period against the previous 30-day period:

• Green / positive percentage: The metric has increased compared to the prior 30 days.

• Red / negative percentage: The metric has decreased compared to the prior 30 days.

💡 Example: If you had 10 Broken 404 Links last month and now have 0, the metric shows -100%. This is positive for your store, as it means all previously broken links have been addressed.

Where to Find the Metrics?

The metrics are displayed at the top of the Nabu Redirect Manager homepage, above the All Redirects table. They are always visible when you open the app.

Each metric card includes:

• Current count: The total for the last 30 days.

• Trend percentage: Comparison against the previous 30-day period.

• Sparkline chart: A small visual trend line showing activity over time.
