How to Customize Product Details in the Facebook Feed App by AdNabu?

With the Facebook Feed App by AdNabu, you can easily edit and customize your product details before they are sent to Facebook. Customizations made in the app will not affect your Shopify store data — they apply only to your Facebook feed.


How to Edit a Product

  1. Click on any product in the app.
  2. You will be taken to the Product Edit Page.
  3. From here, you can modify the following fields.


Fields

  • Title - Continue using your Shopify product title, or Click on Customize to modify the title only for your Facebook feed.
  • Description - Similar to the title attribute, you can keep Shopify’s description or customize it for Facebook.

  • Brand (Mandatory for Facebook feed): You can keep the Shopify brand or customize it in the app.
  • Availability (Mandatory) - Mark your product as In Stock or Out of Stock.
  • Condition (Mandatory) - Choose from New, Refurbished, or Used.
  • Quantity to Sell on Facebook (Mandatory) - Enter the number of items available to sell on Facebook.
  • Price - Pulled directly from Shopify and mandatory for Facebook.
  • Sale Price - Pulled directly from Shopify.
  • Image - Pulled from Shopify and cannot be customized in the app.




Other Fields You Can Customize

  • Product Type (pulled from Shopify, can be customized in the app)
  • Google Product Category
  • Facebook Product Category
  • MPN (pulled from Shopify, can be customized)
  • GTIN (pulled from Shopify, can be customized)
  • Sale Price Effective Date Range (provide a start and end date)
  • Color (pulled from Shopify, can be customized)
  • Pattern (pulled (from Shopify, can be customized)
  • Material (pulled from Shopify, can be customized)
  • Age Group
  • Gender
  • Custom Labels


Note

  • Any changes made in the Facebook Feed App will not impact your Shopify product data.
  • More fields may appear depending on the product category you select.


If you wish to modify any details of the selected product in your Shopify store, like price, image, etc., you can simply click on More Actions > Edit in Shopify


You will be navigated to the Shopify edit page for the selected product.
