How to Enable or Disable Wildcard and RegEx Redirects ?

Nabu Redirect Manager lets you enable or disable individual Wildcard and RegEx redirect rules using a status toggle. This is useful when you want to temporarily pause a rule without permanently deleting it.

The Status Toggle

Every Wildcard and RegEx redirect has a Status toggle in the leftmost column of the redirect list. It has two states:

• Enabled (green) — The redirect is active and will process matching URLs on your storefront.
• Disabled (grey) — The redirect is paused and will not process any URLs, but the rule is preserved.
• Toggling a redirect off does not delete it. You can re-enable it at any time.

How to Enable or Disable a Wildcard Redirect ?

1. In your Shopify Admin, go to Nabu Redirect Manager > Wildcard Redirects.
2. Make sure you are on the Wildcard Redirects tab.
3. Locate the redirect rule you want to change.
4. Click the status toggle in the status column to switch it on or off. The change takes effect immediately.
