What is Bing Webmaster Tools?

Bing Webmaster Tools is Bing’s platform for managing how your website appears in Bing search results. By submitting your XML Sitemap, you help Bing understand your store structure and find new or updated pages faster.

Step 1: Get your XML Sitemap link from Nabu Sitemap

1. Open Shopify Admin → Apps → Nabu Sitemap
2. Go to the Sitemap Dashboard
3. Scroll to the XML Sitemap section
4. Copy your XML Sitemap URL, which looks like:

https://your-store.myshopify.com/apps/sitemap/index.xml

Step 2: Open Bing Webmaster Tools

1. Visit **Bing Webmaster Tools: **https://www.bing.com/webmasters/about
2. Sign in using:

• • Microsoft account, or
  • Google account (recommended for faster setup)

Step 3: Add your website to Bing

If your store is not added yet:

1. Click Add a site
2. Enter your store’s domain
3. Choose a verification method:

• • Import from Google Search Console (fastest)
  • HTML meta tag
  • XML file upload

Follow Bing’s instructions to complete verification.

Step 4: Submit the XML Sitemap

1. In Bing Webmaster Tools, select your website
2. Go to Sitemaps from the left sidebar
3. Click Submit Sitemap
4. Paste your XML Sitemap URL:```

5. Click **Submit**
✅ You should see the sitemap listed with a successful status.

## Step 5: Monitor Sitemap Status
After submission, Bing will show:
