# How to view your audience details, sync status, and estimated reach

## Every Custom Audience and Lookalike Audience you create has a details view showing its current status, settings, and how many people it reaches.

1. In our app, go to **Audiences**, then select the **Custom Audience** or **Lookalike Audience** tab depending on which audience you want to check.

2. Find the audience you want to view in the list, and click the **view (eye) icon** in its row.

3. This opens the **Audience Details** modal. The information shown depends on the audience type:

**For a Custom Audience**, you'll see:

* **Ad Account** — with a copy-to-clipboard icon next to it
* **Active/inactive status badge**
* **Audience Type** — Event Based or URL Based
* **Events** — the tracked events this audience is based on, for example Page View
* **Audience Retention** — in days
* **Created On** — the date and time it was created

**For a Lookalike Audience**, you'll see:

* **Ad Account**
* **Active/inactive status badge**
* **Source Audience** — the Custom Audience it was built from
* **Target Countries**
* **Audience Size** — as a percentage
* **Estimated reach** — a numeric estimate of how many people the audience covers
* **Created On**

4. Close the modal, and use the **sync icon** (circular arrows) at the top of the Audiences page any time to refresh the sync status of all your audiences with Meta.

5. If an audience has failed to sync with Meta, you won't see the failure on this row — check the **Errors** tab on the Audiences page instead. It lists any sync failures between our app and Meta, and shows "No errors found" when everything is in sync.

That's all — you can come back to this view any time to check how your audiences are performing and whether they're syncing correctly.
