Manage Content in Nabu for Sitemap App for Shopify
The Manage Content page gives you full control over what appears in your HTML and XML sitemaps and how search engines interact with your store pages.
From here, you can include or exclude content, and apply SEO tags like noindex and nofollow—all without editing code.
What is the Manage Content page?
The Manage Content page lets you:
- Control visibility of store content in HTML & XML sitemaps
- Decide which pages should be active or hidden
- Apply SEO tags (
noindex, nofollow) to specific items - Manage different Shopify content types from one place
This is especially useful for SEO cleanup, low-priority pages, or temporary exclusions.
Content Types You Can Manage
At the top of the page, you can switch between different content tabs:
- Products
- Collections
- Pages
- Blog Categories
- Articles
Each tab shows the items pulled directly from your Shopify store.

Understanding Visibility Status
For each item, you can control its visibility:

- The page is included in both:
- HTML Sitemap
- XML Sitemap
- Recommended for pages you want indexed by search engines
