# Why isn't the pop-up (or redirect) showing on my storefront?

## The most common causes are the App Embed Block being off, Geo Redirects being disabled, or browser caching.

Work through this checklist:

1. Confirm the **App Embed Block** is enabled at **Settings > App Configuration > App Embed Block** — without it, no Geo Redirects script runs on your storefront at all.
2. Confirm **Enable GeoRedirects** is toggled on (top right of the **Geo Redirects** page).
3. Make sure your visitor's country actually matches a configured Shopify **Market** — no match means no redirect and no pop-up.
4. Test in a private/incognito window. Browsers can cache a previous visit and skip showing the pop-up again.
5. If you're testing from your own country and it already matches your Primary Market, there may simply be nothing to redirect to.
