Usually this happens because the Google access token was revoked or had expired. We need the access token to for us to access your Adwords data. Kindly follow these steps to fix this issue.

  1. Open this link. You will see the list of connected apps with your email address. Please ensure you are logged in with the email you used to signup in AdNabu. Search for the AdNabu app and remove it.
  2. Go to a private/incognito window and log into AdNabu. Ideally you should be able to login. If you are still getting the error, try refreshing the page a couple of times. If the error still remains, kindly contact support
  3. In case you had the merchant center linked initially, you will have to do so again. Go to the profile page and click the have another merchant center link.
