How to use metafields to override values in Google Shopping Feed for Shopify?
Metafield mapping in AdNabu's Google Feed App helps you map any metafield from Shopify to any other attribute in the Google Merchant Center.
Metafield mapping lets you map any metafield from Shopify to any other attribute in Google Merchant Center. By default, SKU in Shopify is used as MPN in the Google merchant center.
You can override this setting by using Metafield by following the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings>Metafields.
Step 2: Click on Enable to enable this setting and start adding values
Step 3: Click on Add Metafield, fill in the required fields, and click on Submit
Step 4: Once you have added all the metafields, click on Save
Step 5: To edit/delete any of the entries, click on the three dots button to view the actions
- You can use any Metafield App to create a new Metafield for the products.
- Then, you can map those metafields created using the app, to the attributes in Google Merchant Center.
