The warning appears in Google Ads accounts when the system detects conversions lacking a certain customer field
This warning typically arises for one of two reasons:
- Incomplete Data: Not all customer fields are being captured or passed to Google Ads. This could be due to conversions lacking a certain customer field.
- Processing Limitations: Google Ads may temporarily be unable to process some of the customer fields. This can occur due to system updates, data quality issues, or privacy restrictions.
The most important thing to understand is that this warning does not indicate a problem with your conversion tracking setup.
In most cases, this warning will automatically disappear after further conversions are recorded with all the necessary user fields for Enhanced Conversion processing.
Note : It is important to understand that the warning regarding Enhanced Conversions does not impact your ability to track conversions. Your conversion tracking will operate as normal.
