Search term is what a user can search for in Google. In AdNabu's context, We use search terms to denote a keyword with exact, phrase and broad match modifier match type. So when an AdNabu campaign has adwords software as a search term, it means that
- There are three ad groups named Adwords_Software_Exact, Adwords_Software_Phrase, Adwords_Software_Broad
- There are exact, phrase and bmm match type of adwords software in these three ad groups respectively
- There are negative keywords to prevent competition between matchtypes
- There are negative keywords to prevent competition between short and long tail keywords
When a user pause/enable or remove a search term all 3 match types of the keyword will be affected. We do not allow selective pausing of matchtypes through AdNabu. Although not recommended, users can pause specific match types from AdWords interface.
