What happens when you uninstall Nabu Schema Pro

If you uninstall Nabu Schema Pro, all the schema added by the app is removed from your store automatically.

What gets removed?

• Schema stops updating on your pages immediately. All structured data the app was adding to your product, collection, article, blog, and breadcrumb pages is removed.
• Nothing is left behind in your theme. The app works through Shopify's App Embed Block, not by editing theme files. Uninstall removes the embed cleanly — there's no leftover code to clean up manually.

What stays the same?

• Your Shopify content is untouched. The app only reads your products, collections, and blogs to generate schema. It never modifies them.
• Your store keeps running normally. Only the rich result eligibility from this app's schema is removed. Any schema added by your theme or other apps is unaffected.

After uninstalling

• Google may take a few weeks to re-crawl your pages and stop showing rich results that were based on the schema added by the app. This is normal.

Reinstalling later

• If you reinstall the app, you'll go through onboarding again (Contact Details + App Embed Block). Your previous schema settings aren't restored — you'll need to re-enable any sub-settings you had configured.
