      Goshu Backup App shutdown: important information for our customers

      Details on the closure of Goshu Backup App, refunds, and backup exports

      We regret to inform you that the Goshu Backup App will be discontinued on December 31st. This decision comes after careful consideration, as we prioritize transparency with our customers. Below, we provide essential details on what this means for you, including next steps, refunds, and instructions for exporting your backup data.

      1. No More Subscription Charges:

        • As of today, all subscription fees for Goshu Backup App have been discontinued, making the app free for all users.

      2. Refunds Available:

        • We understand that the app’s limitations may have impacted some users. If you would like a refund, please reach out to our support team. We are here to assist and ensure all affected customers are fairly compensated.

      3. Operational Until December 31st:

        • The app will remain fully functional until December 31st. During this time, all features will be available at no cost, allowing you to manage and export your backups.

      4. Exporting Your Backups:

        • We strongly encourage all users to export their backup data to ensure its safety. You can easily export your existing backups as CSV files and store them in a secure location.

      How to Export Your Backups?

      To prevent data loss and ensure continued access to your stored information, we recommend the following steps:

      1. Open the Goshu Backup App and navigate to Advanced Features 
      2. Go to "Export as CSV". 
      3. Select the items you want to export, date and time and then click on the Export as CSV option.
      4. Save the CSV file to a secure storage location on your device or cloud.
