Here's how you can add shipping policy in Etsy feed app : 

Step 1 : Go to Settings > Delivery Settings.

Step 2 : Select "Create Shipping Profile" to access shipping profile options.

Step 3 : Enter the details for your shipping origin and destination. To add more shipping destinations, just click on "Add another location"

Step 3 : Click on the "save" button to create your shipping profile. You can also set it as the default policy by checking the box next to it.
