How to Mark Adult Products in Google Shopping Feed App?
Learn how to mark products as adult in the Google Shopping Feed app. This guide covers both individual and bulk editing methods to ensure your products are correctly categorized.
The "Adult" attribute is used to indicate if a product is intended for adults only, typically due to content such as nudity, sexually suggestive material, or items intended to enhance sexual activity. Properly marking these products ensures compliance with Google Shopping policies and helps target the appropriate audience. Here's how you can set it up :
- Navigate to the Product Edit Page.
- Scroll down to find the "Recommended Details" section.
- If your product belongs to the adult category, simply select "Yes" under the "Adult" option.
- Save your changes.
Alternatively, you can also bulk edit your products to include this information.
- Go to the product page within the Google Shopping Feed app.
- Choose the products you want to edit, you can also select multiple products at once.
- Use the bulk editing tool to set the "Is Adult" attribute to the required value for all selected products.
