How do I read the Conversion Analytics dashboard in Nabu for TikTok Pixel?

The Analytics dashboard shows how visitors move from Page View through to Purchase, so you can spot where you're losing conversions.

This dashboard is available on the Advanced plan. If you're on the Free plan, you'll see it blurred behind an upgrade prompt until you upgrade.

  1. In our app, click Analytics in the left-hand menu.
  2. Use the controls at the top to set your reporting window and pixel: the date range dropdown (e.g. Last 7 days) changes the period, the second dropdown lets you pick which pixel or store's data to view, and the refresh icon reloads the numbers.
  3. The three stat tiles show your funnel conversion rates for the selected period:

  • Page View to Add to Cart — the percentage of visitors who viewed a page and then added a product to their cart.
  • Add to Cart to Checkout — the percentage of those who added to cart and then started checkout.
  • Checkout to Purchase — the percentage of those who started checkout and completed a purchase.

A low percentage at any stage points to where visitors are dropping off, so you know which part of the funnel to improve.

  1. Below the tiles, Event Performance shows a bar chart comparing the raw event counts for Page View, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, and Purchase over the same period — useful for seeing overall volume, not just conversion rate between steps.

Tip: If your numbers all show 0%, check that the relevant events (Purchase, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout) are enabled for your pixel under the pixel's edit page, and that the App Embed Block is active.
