I use OCU app for my checkout in my shopify store. Will the conversion pixel app work for this page?

If I have a custom thank you page for my shopify store, will this pixel still work?

By default, we add the conversion pixel on the default thank you page of your shopify store. By using OCU, the thank you page might change to a different page so there are chances that conversion pixel won't give you accurate conversion details.
